Sthirairaṅgaistuṣṭuvāsastanūbhiḥ |

vyaśema devahitaṃ yadāyuḥ ||

Svasti na Indro vṛddhaśravāḥ |

svasti naḥ Pūṣā viśvavedāḥ ||

Svasti nasTārkṣyo ariṣṭanemiḥ |

svasti no Bṛhaspatirdadhātu ||

Oṃ śāntiśśāntiśśāntiḥ ||


May we hear with our ears what is auspicious, O Devas,

May we see with our eyes what is auspicious, O Yajatrā.

May we live with contentment with strong body and limbs,

May we praise God and sing His glories during our lifespan alloted to us by the Devas.

May Lord Indra of great fame increase our well-being and prosperity,

May Lord Pūṣā, who is all-knowing, bless us with well-being and prosperity.

May Lord Tārkṣya (Garuda), who is the protector, bless us with  well-being and prosperity,

May Lord Bṛhaspati also bless us with  well-being and prosperity.

OM Peace, Peace, Peace.


       Značenje:


1. Uši naše neka čuju što je dobro, o Deve (bogovi),

2. Oči naše neka vide što je dobro, o Yajatrā (vrijedan obožavanja),

3. Živimo u zadovoljstvu i miru snažnog tijela i udova.

4. Tijekom života slavimo Boga i pjevajmo o Njegovoj veličanstvenosti po uzoru na Deve,

5. Neka nadaleko proslavljeni Gospod Indra (vladar svih bogova) uveča naše blagostanje i napredak,

6. Neka nas sveznajući Gospod Pūṣhā (koji hrani, Bog u vidu Sunca) blagoslovi blagostanjem i napretkom,

7. Neka nas zaštitnički Gospod Tārkṣya (Garuda) blagoslovi blagostanjem i napretkom,

8. Neka nas Gospod Brihaspati (učitelj bogova) također blagoslovi s dobrobiti i napretkom,

9. Om Mir, Mir, Mir. 


Napomena: Kada se gore navedeni tekst recitira sam, ponavlja se tri puta ili umnožak od tri puta. Ukoliko se tekst recitira prije Upanishada, ponavlja se samo jednom. Znak  se izgovara kao gt.
