REFRESH KNOWLEDGE Yoga Retreat on Island Krk – a 17-day immersion in the heart of nature, offering a unique opportunity to revitalize your practice, deepen your knowledge, and rediscover inner peace.

This retreat is an integral part of our international teacher training program -IYTTC, but it welcomes all who have a need for deeper knowledge of yoga.

This retreat is designed for individuals who have already attended teacher training or are teacher-in-training, and need some refreshment of knowledge, or are eager to learn more and enjoy a serene retreat surrounding.

Join us for 17 days of rejuvenation, personal growth, and reconnection with your inner self.

Refresh and Deepen Knowledge: Whether you're a certified yoga teacher or a teacher-in-training, this program is tailored to enhance your understanding of yoga and meditation through theory and practice.

We have a daily yogic routine with a full day of lectures and practice, but also some free time for walking or swimming.

You can also enjoy yogic food prepared by a plant-based chef.

DAILY PROGRAM

6,30 to 8,30 yoga practice

8,30 to 9,00 smoothie

9,00 to 12,00 yoga lecture and practice

12,00 to 13,00 brunch

13,00 to 13,30 rest

13,30 to 16,00 yoga lecture and practice

16,00 to 18,30 enjoing nature (swiming and walking through forest)

18,30 to 19,30 dinner

19,30 to 20,00 walk

20,oo to 21,30 yoga lecture

21,30 going to sleep
